Problem:

A contracting company with 2,300 employees faced challenges in efficiently enrolling new hires in their benefits program in a timely manner. The manual process was time-consuming and often resulted in delays and errors. They needed a solution to streamline the enrollment process and ensure all new hires were enrolled within their first 3 days.

Plan:

iHeartBenefits devised a comprehensive plan to address the company's needs. We implemented a user-friendly online platform that allowed employees to easily enroll in their chosen benefits. The plan included three main benefit types: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Limited Purpose FSA (LPFSA).

Outcome:

The implementation of our streamlined benefits enrollment process resulted in significant improvements for the oil and gas company. New hires were able to enroll in their benefits within their first 3 days of employment, eliminating the delays and inefficiencies of the previous manual process.
